1. How can you help me?

I help you to get from point A to point B in a shorter time than you would be able to achieve without support.

An example: let’s say you’re struggling with anxiety.

Right now, your energy and attention is consumed by feelings of panic, confusion, overthinking, difficulty sleeping, irritability and potentially a host of physiological issues.

Your nervous system is in a prolonged sympathetic state, commonly known as fight or flight. Processes such as digestion have become second order as your body prioritises delivering adrenaline and cortisol into your system to increase alertness. This explains your stomach knots and unnatural bowel movements.

You’ve tried the meds, maybe diazepam or SSRIs, and although they can be incredibly effective at managing the symptoms in the short term, they don’t address the deepest cause of your anxiety. They can also have side effects, ranging from feelings of agitation through to sexual complications and they are not meant for long-term use.  

This is point A, and it can feel totally overwhelming.

However, on the other side of your current reality is point B: relief and freedom.

Your nervous system returns to steady state functioning. Your energy store is replenished. Your sleep becomes deep and stable and clarity returns to your thinking. 

In short, you have your freedom back and a new experience awaits you.

The root cause approach - the type that I use in my coaching - doesn’t treat symptoms. It targets the essence of the experience you are having and dissolves it.

My role is simply to accelerate your journey to mental and emotional wellness.


2. What sort of issues do you help with?

sidenote: the mind body connection

I strongly believe that many more conditions than we currently appreciate originate in the mind. 

I have worked with clients who have come to me suspecting or believing that their physical symptoms are inextricably linked to a psychological or emotional state or event. Indeed, in working with them to unearth the emotional or physchological root cause, I have witnessed physical healing as a clearly connected and most welcome by-product.

Whilst this approach is supported by a growing number of well-respected and innovative health practitioners, and has been studied and written about extensively, it is not a concept that is embraced widely by society yet. For this reason, I can offer no guarantee of results if you choose to request my support with this type of work. I am also duty-bound to caution that this should not be used in place of tailored, professional medical advice. 


3. What does coaching with you look like?

I will listen deeply to your story, particularly to the language that you use, and together we will spend time deconstructing your issue so we can pinpoint the root cause. 

This process often requires digging deeper into your past than you may have previously been. I will guide you through the process in a loving and challenging way..

I bring my best - you do too.


4. What are your fees?

calibration call (FREE)

I offer a free 20 minute calibration call where we can find out if we’re a good fit for each other and discuss what type of support you need before you commit to a session. Just fill out the form on the contact page and I will get in contact to arrange a time that suits us both.

1:1 coaching (£150 P/H)

The fee includes the coaching session plus any support you need from me over the weeks following the session whilst you integrate the work we’ve done together.

You didn’t think I’d leave you out in the cold, did you?

Each person will have unique needs from the coaching relationship. During the calibration call we will agree how long the session should be and therefore the investment required from you.

I will provide you with my professional guidance but the final decision is always with you.

Customised packages (POA)

I can also tailor packages to your needs if you would like ongoing support for a period of time. These would be designed in collaboration with you and agreed before commencement.

If you’re experiencing feelings of resistance around the investment required to work with me, please know that this is entirely normal. Any investment in yourself is an exciting prospect but it also means that you are likely going to need to face yourself and explore your inner world more deeply than you are perhaps used to.

5. Do you work in-person or online?

I do most of my coaching online which works beautifully. As such, I am able to provide my services to you wherever you are in the world. 

I offer face-to-face coaching as well. This is by special appointment only.


6. Do you guarantee results?

The only guarantee in life is death (too deep?) but if you are ready for change, the work we do together will be successful. If I don’t feel that you are ready across all levels to enact change, I will let you know that I don’t feel we are ready to proceed. There can often be a conflict between being consciously ready and subconsciously resistant. If this is the case, we can work through it together, partners in crime, and if necessary, press pause until there is full congruence.


7. What qualifications and experience do you have?

I firmly believe that qualifications and teachings can provide a great framework within which to operate as a coach but I also believe that each individual has a gift to bring to the world - and a duty to bring it. I believe my gift is to release people from fear and unhelpful subconscious programs so that they too can give their best to the world.

I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Practitioner of Hypnotherapy and I have also completed 100 hours of intensive coach training with The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).

These teachings have each been folded into my experience as a human being and they contribute to everything I bring to my coaching practice.
